Refund Policy

At NIDARA AFRICA, we take great care in creating and packaging our luxury skincare products. Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair refund policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged product

  • You receive an incorrect product

  • Your order is missing an item

  • Your order is lost in transit (confirmed by courier partner)
     

To be eligible for a refund:
 

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide clear photos or an unboxing video as proof

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

  • Orders placed with incorrect address or contact details

  • Orders refused at delivery

  • Change of mind after order confirmation
     

Refund Process
 

  • Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable.
 

Order Cancellations
 

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible
     

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Attach clear images or an unboxing video

  • Mention your Order ID in the subject line
