At NIDARA AFRICA, we take great care in creating and packaging our luxury skincare products. Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair refund policy.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

You receive a damaged product

You receive an incorrect product

Your order is missing an item

Your order is lost in transit (confirmed by courier partner)
To be eligible for a refund:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

You must provide clear photos or an unboxing video as proof

The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:

Opened or used products

Products damaged due to customer handling

Orders placed with incorrect address or contact details

Orders refused at delivery

Change of mind after order confirmation
Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable.
Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
